The Rocket is a dynamic, uplifting practice rooted in Ashtanga yoga, designed to “get you there faster”. It’s a vinyasa flow practice where the breath guides the movement. It’s fun, fiery, playful and creative.
We’ll start with pranayama, work through sun salutations, standing and seated sequences with opportunity to take it up with inversions, arms balances and funky transitions, or take it at your own pace and pause whenever you need. It’s a very adaptable practice, there are no rules.. as long as you are breathing you are on The Rocket!
