As the moon disappears into the darkness, Virgo calls us inward, into the quiet spaces where we can pause, reflect and gently realign. Wadjet is the goddess of lower Egypt, she is the sacred cobra, guardian, protector and embodiment of awakened feminine power.

Each month we will gather in the yurt for our New Moon Ceremony with Heka. The new moon is powerful time for manifesting, planting seeds and new beginnings. In this sacred container we will focus on what we want to call in and amplify our intentions with Heka.

The new moon is when the sun and the moon are at the same place in orbit. This is the merging of masculine and feminine energy, a powerful portal between our conscious and unconscious mind. In Ancient Egypt Heka is considered to be a God, a magical system and a fundamental force of the universe. A creative energy with the power to bring words and thoughts into reality. When we combine this with the energy of the new moon we have a powerful tool for manifesting our desires.

Just south of Luxor stands one of Egypt’s most extraordinary yet overlooked temple. The Temple of Esna. Dedicated to Khnum, the ram-headed creator god, this sacred space celebrates the mystery of creation and the divine forces that sustain life.

What makes Esna especially fascinating is its connection to Heka, not simply as the god of magic, but as the ancient Egyptian understanding of the sacred power woven into the universe itself. I have been a little bit quiet recently as I have been busy putting this together in the background and i’m so excited to finally share it with you!

As many of you already know I have been travelling to Egypt for the past 23 years and I work with ‘The Mystery Teachings of Ancient Egypt’. I have a deep connection to Egypt and I bring my studies and lived experiences to life through ceremony. I am also a qualified Blue Lotus Facilitator / Cacao Facilitator and Shamanic Practitioner (and dancer).

I have been working towards this for many years now and walking hand in hand with our family company Eden Tours Egypt (named after my son) I am so delighted to finally be able to make this offering.

This October I am planning to take a group of 10 people to Egypt to discover ‘The Path of the Lotus’. We will begin our journey in Luxor (my soul home) visiting various sacred sites and make our way down to Aswan where will stay at Kemet Nubian Guesthouse hosted by Tarek Defi a Nubian wisdom keeper and guardian of the blue lotus on Hessia Island.
