What if your business could finally work for you, not the other way around?

I support solo business owners as they navigate the unique challenges of their entrepreneurial journey.

✨ building something from scratch

✨ managing their energy, health, or fluctuating conditions

✨ juggling dreams and doctor appointments

✨ and still showing up for others, even when it costs them

Because I've been there too.

You want to grow something meaningful, but feel like the world just wasn't made for you.

👉 Maybe your brain works differently

👉 Maybe your body needs more breaks

👉 Maybe traditional systems leave you exhausted before you even begin

You're not "too much."

You're not "not enough."

You're a human being with real needs, and you deserve a business that not only acknowledges but also honours them.

That's where I step in to provide the personalised support you need.

We look at your tech, your routines, your support options (like Access to Work), and build from your reality rather than a one-size-fits-all model.

Because inclusion shouldn't be an afterthought.

It should be the foundation on which everything else is built.

You can do this in your way, at your pace, with the proper support in place.

If this sounds like you, let's talk.

Struggling to stay focused when working solo? You're not alone.

You start with the best intentions.

But somehow, the time slips away.

Your to-do list stares back at you, still full.

And that guilt? It's not a part of this space. It's all about understanding and support here.

👉 Maybe your brain works differently, jumping from task to task before anything feels "done."
👉 Maybe your body is tired, and pacing is essential.
👉 Maybe you're just wired for co-working and need a gentle rhythm to keep going.

Welcome to the Accountability Room.

This is a unique place designed for real progress, where you can get things done with encouragement and a sense of belonging, no pressure, no shame, just understanding and genuine support that helps you thrive.

We meet online for 2-hour body doubling sessions. We start with a quick check-in, then work independently, knowing we're together. At the end, we reconnect and celebrate what we've accomplished, however that looks for everyone.

"productive time for my admin, which I know I'd struggle to do otherwise"

"It's like my brain calms down when I know someone else is here too."

"gives me space to do some of the things I wouldn't usually think about doing"

This space is perfect for:

🌱 ADHD and neurodivergent business owners
🌱 Anyone with chronic fatigue or fluctuating energy
🌱 Those who work better with gentle structure and compassionate accountability

Pull up a chair and join us in the next session. Sign up today, you're welcome here.

Every form of progress you make here is celebrated and respected because your productivity is not just welcome, it's vital to our community's collective growth.

Let's honour how you work best.

Sometimes, the difference between feeling stuck and making progress is simply showing up somewhere with support.

Not pushing harder. Not trying to force motivation. Just having a space where you can arrive as you are, take a breath, and gently begin.

The Accountability Room gives you that space.

A calm, focused environment where you can settle your thoughts, choose one task at a time, and move through it alongside others who are doing the same.

There’s something powerful about not being alone in it, about seeing others' focus, even quietly, and finding your own rhythm in that shared energy.

No pressure. No expectations. No judgment about how much you do or don’t get done.

Just progress, one step at a time, in a way that feels more manageable.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like everything is sitting just out of reach, you don’t have to carry that feeling on your own.

If you’d like to try it, comment ‘ACCOUNTABILITY’ and I’ll be in touch.

If your energy is scattered, motivation is low, or focus slipping, you’re not alone.

And you don’t necessarily need a brand new productivity system to fix it.

Sometimes you need a place where starting feels easier.

The Accountability Room is a focused working space that offers gentle structure, real-time encouragement, and a shared sense of progress. Bring your tasks, your goals, or even your “I don’t know where to start” list and work alongside others doing the same.

You’ll find quiet momentum, supportive peers, and a no-pressure environment just for getting started and keeping going.

If you’re ready to transform your productivity and finally make progress, comment ‘ACCOUNTABILITY’ below to join us in the Accountability Room and get started.

I used to freeze at the thought of a long to-do list.

Not from apathy or laziness, everything felt too big to start.

What changed wasn’t my workload; it was my environment.

Being in a space with other people quietly working helped me settle, focus, and actually begin.

That’s where the Accountability Room comes from.

A simple space where you show up, settle in, and move forward one step at a time.

If you’ve been feeling stuck lately, you don’t have to push through it alone.

If you want to join the Accountability Room, comment 'Accountability' below, and I'll personally message you with all the details you need to get started.

Focus better when others are around?

That’s the idea behind body doubling.

It’s a simple approach: you work alongside others in silence or with low interaction, and somehow things that felt heavy or overwhelming start to feel more doable.

You’re not being monitored. You’re not being judged. You’re just sharing a space where getting things done feels easier.

That’s also the idea behind the Accountability Room.

If it’s been hard to start, stay focused, or finish tasks you’ve been avoiding, this could be the support that helps you move forward.

Type ‘BODY DOUBLING’ to get started.

Currently working in the Accountability Room Body Doubling session for today, and it's not too late if you want to join us.
It's here for you if you need a dedicated space to tackle that task that you've been putting off.

The Accountability Room is back this week with two focused body doubling sessions:

📅 Monday: 1 pm–3 pm
📅 Friday: 11 am–1 pm

Whether you're working on your business, handling admin, creating content, studying, or just trying to stay on track, having others working alongside you can make all the difference.

We start with a quick check-in, spend two hours getting things done, and finish with a check-out to celebrate progress.

What could you achieve with two hours of focused time?

I've finally done it.

I've launched a new blog called Life on Wheels.

This is a space where I'll be sharing my adventures as a wheelchair user, from accessible travel and days out to unexpected challenges, relationship adventures, and everything in between.

Life doesn't always go to plan, but sometimes those detours create the best stories.

If you'd like to follow along, I'd love for you to take a look and join me on the journey.
