Presented on many occasions in the UK and abroad. For Your Information:

1) You must be over the age of 18 to receive any treatment.
2) You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding or on blood thinners.
3) Please ensure you read and understand the paperwork you are signing and agreeing to.
4) After any Semi-Permanent treatment, we cannot touch the skin for 4 weeks.
5) Any issues you may have post treatm

ent, must be reported to us at week 4.
6) If you require any further work or tweaks to the treated area after the healing time, there will be a charge of £50 payable.
7) If you are having an eyeliner, you cannot be wearing contact lenses or have false eyelashes on for the treatment.
8) If you use lash growth serums, this must be stopped 8 weeks prior your eyeliner treatment.

**For Insurance and Health & Safety reasons, we are unable to allow children under the age of 18 on to the premises.**
