Dog walks should not leave your shoulder aching 🐕✨
Our osteopaths see rotator cuff injuries every week and a common aggrevating action is a dog that pulls on the lead.
💡Try turning your palm up or keeping your thumb pointing upward. This gives more space around an irritated rotator cuff tendon or bursa in the subacromial space and can ease pressure 🌿💚
It’s always a good idea to grab the ice pack after any activity which is aggrevating but unavoidable and apply for 10 minutes to help keep the inflammation under control. 🧊
We help to rehabilitate rotator cuff injuries with hands on techniques, Kinesio tape and home exercises.
