One of the biggest myths about weight loss is that you have to put your life on hold until you've reached your target.

The truth?

Sometimes people think weight loss means giving up everything you love, feeling hungry, or being perfect all the time.

“I’m so happy with how I’m doing. I’ve really noticed the difference and I’ve put my diabetes into remission. Thank You!"

“Slimming World is just a fad.” - Honestly, people say this a lot especially fitness professional— usually without understanding what we actually teach!

Core principles I teach my members:
(as a Slimming World Consultant AND a Personal Trainer - I am both!)

✔ Prioritising protein because it helps keep us fuller for longer and supports lean muscle while losing weight.
✔ Encouraging plenty of vegetables and fruit, especially those rich in vitamins, minerals and gut-healthy fibre - naturally creating a calorie deficit without tiny portions or constant hunger.
✔ Including satisfying carbohydrates like potatoes, rice, pasta and grains (especially whole grains) because people need food that is realistic, filling and sustainable long term.
✔ Encouraging healthy fats, fibre and calcium-rich foods for overall health, not just weight loss.
✔ Allowing flexibility, treats and indulgences WITHOUT GUILT because real life includes birthdays, meals out, BBQs, holidays and chocolate sometimes.
✔ Building an active lifestyle so you can not only lose weight, but increase your overall fitness as well.

That isn’t a fad!

That’s teaching people how to build balance, consistency and a healthier relationship with food from someone who has both lived experience and who is also trained in the psychology behind weight loss and behaviour change.

No extremes
No cutting out entire food groups
No punishment
No “good” or “bad” foods

Losing over 6 stone didn’t just change my weight. It changed my whole life!

It gave me my confidence back.
A new career.
A completely different outlook on life.
But more than anything… it gave me hope that change was possible, even when I’d spent years believing I would always struggle.

That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting others now, because I know first hand how life-changing this journey can be.

I am not a consultant because I am perfect, or have all the answers, I am a consultant because I know that being understood was the most important ingredient in my success.

Not because the excuses aren’t real, they are.

Life is busy. Stress is exhausting. Bad days happen.

But when your WHY is strong enough…
you keep going anyway. ❤️
