Yoga is either based on a dynamic Vinyasa flow which builds up both strength and stamina, or restorative yoga that aims to restore and heal the bosy (great for sleeping troubles). As well as being a great workout it reduces stress and tension, bringing your physical and mental body back together. Both group sessions and 1:1 available. Reiki can be described as acupuncture without the needles and i
