✨RUNE POWER✨

I have re-freshed my favourite rune set – repainted the small pebbles that became runic potencies over the last two years.

Each carries an ancient energy pattern or potency found in Nature and within ourselves.

There are 24 staves and one blank – known as the Destiny rune.

I’ll be re-activating them and re-consecrating them for my work.

I use them for ‘weal working’ – to provide insight and guidance on life’s questions, help others gain clarity on the bigger picture on an issue or their purpose in life.

There are many uses for the runes, and this is just one.

🕊️ SHAMANIC SPIRIT COMMUNICATION AND GUIDANCE HOME: I consulted my guides on whether I was equipped to help the two spirits of Victorian children in my garden return home. They said I was, and gave me advice.

🔎I went out (in a shamanic journey) with spirit helpers and together we guided the trapped spirits home. It was a very moving experience, shortened here in this reel, to give you an idea of what happened.

A few days later, I went up there to make an offering of roses and lit candles in prayer.

⚡This work is a reminder that land disturbances and negative atmospheres can be linked to unseen energies, spirits that have not passed over.

🕊️THE MYSTERY OF MY GARDEN: SHAMANIC JOURNEY TO FIND OUT MY GARDEN'S PAST

🌻I love my back garden - it has a long lawn with an old stone patio at the back.

But over the years, I have noticed the energy feels very sad, angry even.

The old patio holds secrets.

In January of 2025 the garden was a case study on my shamanic course.

What I discovered then is another story.

😢I thought I had cleared the energy, but suddenly my grow house was being regularly attacked, vandalised, knocked down.

Weeds have been growing more aggressively.

The beautiful old apple tree at the centre collapsed last year. Something felt very off.

🔎I decided to investigate. Last Sunday I went on a shamanic journey – a kind of remote viewing expedition - to view the cause of the negative energy in my garden. I wanted to connect with spirits of the land for information. And this is what I found. There is more to the story, but I will save that for another time.

: 🕊️After two past life soul restorals for Barry and integration work of the fragments, there were still a couple of things to attend to. One of these came through a message to me from the [past life] child’s mother. A ceremony was needed in remembrance of his life and to guide his spirit back home to the Light. I was shown white flowers covering a large cross by water.

🙏🏼Barry knew where this should take place and wrote and delivered the ceremony himself. I supported it with prayers and offerings. Hopefully, the spirit of the boy now has closure and is in a better place, at peace. There were moments when the sun lit up the water, and it was as if the boy’s spirit was close. Thank you to Barry for inviting me to join him in this very personal and moving experience.

☀️Its ability to fly closest to the Sun brings it closest to the Creator. The Eagle represents the ability to see things that we cannot see from our normal earthly perspective. We are encouraged to soar above everyday life for enlightenment.
