🌿 YOGA FOUNDATIONS | with Amy Wilde 🌿

This September, we’re welcoming the lovely Amy to Buddhas for a 2.5-hour Yoga Foundations Workshop, creating space to explore some of the deeper layers of the practice too.

We’ll move through asana, explore yoga philosophy, discover mudra & mantra, and finish with an extended Yoga Nidra and deep relaxation. 🌙

Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning to your practice, or you’ve been practising for years and fancy going back to the roots, this workshop is for you.

No experience needed, just come curious 🤍

60 minute soothing sound bath - gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes and more. The kind of experience where you just lie back, close your eyes, and let the vibrations do the work. 🌙

Sound baths can help the body shift into deep rest, calm the nervous system, and clear the mind in a way that feels both gentle and powerful.
