M**s, this one’s for you. 💛

I caught myself about to sit down and scroll today, but instead I put my trainers on and went for a walk.

Not to hit a step target.
Not to burn calories.
Not because I had a fitness goal to tick off.

I just needed some space.

A few minutes to clear my head, breathe some fresh air, and have a moment that wasn’t about looking after everyone else.

As mums, we’re often so busy taking care of everyone around us that we forget how much a simple walk can do for us mentally.

It doesn’t have to be an hour.
It doesn’t have to be 10,000 steps.

It could be 5 minutes. It could be 10.

Because sometimes the smallest things make the biggest difference.

If you’ve been stuck scrolling today, take this as your sign to put your phone down and go for a little walk. Your mind might need it more than you realise. ✨

Most women are guessing.

They build their plan from Instagram posts, YouTube videos, and what “used to work”.

Weekly highlights ✨

Family home-cooked dinners, bootcamps pushing everyone out of their comfort zones, and plenty of outdoor time with my guinea pigs. 🐹☀️

We also enjoyed a spontaneous trip away in the motorhome – a day at the beach, ice creams, live music, and watching the kids really come out of their shells. Grayson had us laughing non-stop with some completely unintentional (and very inappropriate! 😂) gestures.

To top it all off, I somehow managed to win a Leroy teddy from the amusements – cue the excitement of a very big Disney kid! 💙🎉

We finished the trip with a selfie in the motorhome before heading home, ready for a protein-packed BBQ. 🍔🔥

What a week it’s been – lots of memories made, plenty of laughs shared, little adventures enjoyed, and so much to be grateful for. ❤️

She thought she’d hit her limit.

3 years of training. Tracking. Staying consistent.

But her body hadn’t changed in months.

Same shape. Same look. Same frustration.

She wasn’t lazy. She wasn’t under-eating. She wasn’t skipping workouts.

She just didn’t know what to fix - because no one had ever shown her.

If you don’t look at least 1% better every few weeks...

Something’s off.

You’re not growing - you’re maintaining.

And that’s fine... if maintaining is the goal.

But if you’re in the gym 5 days a week, tracking food, sacrificing weekends…
