Very tired and early night planned!!
More miles done in preparation for the virtual London marathon!!

Now let's hope for a decent sleep and no weird dreams tonight!

Today has been a good day!!

Park run, followed by chit chat cuppa walk!!

Enjoyed the sunshine, the company the coffee and the steps!!

Still focusing on the fact I am getting out and moving and every run or walk is good (even if it feels bad at the time!)

Back to bootcamp next week!! 🙂

Still not fast, or long but done! And happy with it!!

2 weeks post back procedure and about 10 days of pain free!! Unfortunately the pain is creeping back in!! So more reason to get of the big butt and move it!!

Hoping to go back to bootcamp next week too!
And planning to run on Saturday!

Some runs will be slower and some will quicker!

I am still in shock that I actually run the whole time!

I think I'm getting the hang of this running thing!! Week 8 run 1 only 1 more sessions then it's park run day AKA gradua...

I think I'm getting the hang of this running thing!!

Week 8 run 1 only 1 more sessions then it's park run day AKA graduation day!

Plan is to then RUN the whole of park run, no walking...not even the warm up or the cool down walk!!

Can I do it??? Well who knows but I keep telling myself I can and il keep saying it (in my head) throughout the whole run and il will do my very best slow and steady pace to get as far as I can!
