This week I asked people what they love most about coming to the hub.

Reading the replies made me smile πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ

When I moved into No.30, my hope was to create somewhere that felt warm, welcoming and peaceful. A place where people could pause for an hour and simply be.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the hub, attended a treatment, joined a meditation session or recommended me to a friend.

Your kind words mean the world.

A little June availability update πŸ’œ

The diary is gradually filling up and these are the remaining appointment slots available this month.

The 45-minute slots are ideal for:
✨ Tui-Na Massage
✨ Massage
✨ Natural Lift Facial Massage
✨ Reiki
✨ Kinetic Chain Release

If you'd prefer a 60-minute treatment such as Reflexology or Indian Head Massage, please still get in touch. I may be able to adjust appointment lengths or find an alternative option.

Whether you're looking to relax, ease tension, improve your wellbeing or simply take some time for yourself, I'd love to welcome you to the hub.

DM me to book or to chat about which treatment might suit you best πŸ’œ

This little orange meditation cushion has seen a lot over the last 10 years πŸ˜‚

It's been sat on through stress, grief, anxiety, mindfulness training, retreats, courses, and countless hours of practice.

Ten years ago I completed my first stress management module. Looking back now, I can see that it was the beginning of a journey.

A journey that led me to Samye Ling.
To the Mindfulness Association.
To a deeper understanding of myself.
And to slowly learning how to live with a little more awareness and a little less struggle.

At the time, I was still trying to find my way after losing my mum a couple of years earlier and dealing with the anxiety that followed.

I certainly never imagined that one day I'd be running my own weekly meditation group.

Yet here we are.

One of the greatest privileges of my work is being able to share practices that have genuinely helped me, blending traditional mindfulness with seasonal meditation, nature connection and community.

The cushion is a lot flatter these days, but it's a reminder that small, regular moments of practice really do add up.

And for that, I am very grateful πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ

One year ago this month, I unlocked the door to No. 30 The Cross and started offering treatments from what many of you now know as The Wellness Hub. πŸ’œ

Back then it was an empty space full of possibilities, paint charts, furniture to move, and plenty of uncertainty.

Since then, hundreds of treatments, meditation sessions, workshops, conversations, cups of tea, laughter, tears, breakthroughs and moments of calm have happened within these four walls.

It's become exactly what I hoped it would be – a space where people can step away from the noise of everyday life and focus on their own wellbeing for a while.

To celebrate the Hub's first birthday, I'm shining a spotlight on two treatments that I would love more people to experience:
✨ Kinetic Chain Release
✨ Tui-Na Massage

Both are available throughout June as 45-minute sessions for Β£40.

With only a handful of appointments left this month, now feels like the perfect time to try something different and start summer feeling a little more balanced.

DM me to book or to find out which treatment might suit you best.

Friday Reflections πŸ’œ

As I was scrolling through my camera roll today, I came across some photos and videos from when I first got the keys to No. 30.

Office rooms.
Yellow walls.
A whole lot of uncertainty.
And a very big vision.

It's hard to believe how much has happened since then.

This little space has held meditation groups, treatments, tears, laughter, conversations, quiet moments, nervous first visits, regular faces and so many cups of tea.

Looking back at these photos reminded me just how much The Hub has grown into something special.

So I'd love to ask...

Whether you've been visiting for a month or here since day one, what do you think of the space?

How does it make you feel when you walk through the door?

Is there something you particularly like, find helpful, or feel comfortable about?

I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts πŸ’œ

Thank you for helping make this little wellness hub what it is.

🫢🏼I love how effective this new (to me) therapy is for reducing aches and pains.
Here’s Seth, providing his thoughts on the KCR protocol helps to keep him active in his 60's πŸ˜ŠπŸ’œ
