Join us for two gentle hours dedicated to self‑care, playfulness, and reconnecting with yourself.

We’re dipping into whimsy for this one:
think crafts, colours, bubbles, indulgent cake, mindful movement, fairy lights everything soft, slow, steady, and soothing.

There’s no rush here.
No urgency.
Just a cosy space to unwind and be.

Hiya bab,

Wanna do something cute and mega fun on a Sunday morning?

Come hang out with us ( and .yoga) for 2 hours of pure bliss. 🌸✨️

We're at Belbroughton Village Hall this time from 10am - 12pm on Sunday 14th June. Giving you a space to pause and focus on you.

These two hours are centered around self-love. As we both believe we need a bit more luuuurve and time on ourselves. This is slow, gentle paced and very relaxing with a fun whimsical approach.

Crafts, mindfulness, activities to improve our relationship with our mind, body and spirit and CAKE.

Cake being at the forefront here, we're always going to provide you the most indulgent cake to enjoy.

This is our first event for a while and we wanted to give you a fresh taste of us. Since our last event we have both been thriving in our own realms.

I am buzzing to share a variety of classes with different playlists, different settings and kid friendly options too!

On Sunday 1st December, i will be hosting a talk + taster session at the The Elton Centre - Age Concern In Stourbridge. As this is a new class to most of you, i wanted to share my knowledge of what i have learned during my qualification. Including sharing how much this has improved my life!
