Applied kinesiology (AK) is basically a way of listening to the body through muscle response.

Here’s the idea in everyday terms:
Your body is constantly giving feedback about stress, imbalance, pain, emotions, food, posture ,all of it.

Most of the time we ignore those signals. AK uses gentle muscle testing as a kind of yes / no indicator to see what’s stressing the system and what helps it.
Think of it like this
When your body is coping well, muscles hold steady.
When something stresses the nervous system, physically, chemically, or emotionally muscle strength can momentarily weaken.

That change isn’t about strength or effort. It’s more like a reflex.

A simple analogy
Imagine your body as a house with a fuse box.
AK doesn’t force repairs.

It helps you find which fuse keeps tripping and why.

Once you know that, the correction might be:
