MEET THE SPEAKERS - Paul and Toni ✨

We are delighted to have Paul and Toni joining us this year at HappyFest. They will be holding a talk called ‘Safety of Plant Medicine’, helping you learn how to safely integrate plant medicine in your everyday life.

Paul is a Noku Mana facilitator, with the support of Jo and Toni, they aim to provide education and access to plant medicine. A very interesting talk that is not to be missed!

MEET THE FACILITATOR - Tove Kane ✨

We are so excited to have Tove at HappyFest this year and she will be bringing so much joy and laughter with her! Have you ever tried laughter yoga? If not you’ve been missing out!

Tové Kane is an international speaker, author and the only Laughter Yoga Master Trainer in Ireland. As the founder of the B.O.U.N.T.F.U.L. Method™️, she helps people reduce stress, build confidence and reconnect with joy through laughter, mindfulness, NLP and emotional regulation.

Her sessions blend science, warmth and humour to help people feel safe enough to connect, communicate and shine. At Happy Fest you’ll get to laugh without jokes and even do the Bollywood Laughter Yoga Dance which is fun and if you get the steps wrong just laugh it off ha ha!
