Exhaustion is a key component of Hypermobility / hEDS and is multi faceted.
But I constantly hear I tried rehab before but I was too tired. I felt really lazy, which equals a lack in motivation.
Often the problem is the exercises not you! Programs that are not written for YOUR body.
More isn’t always better, and pushing through isn’t always the answer.
The correct exercises should work with you not against you.
I have Hypermobile patients and their program is 2 minutes of arm movements seated without weight once a day, and others who have 45min gym programs a few times a week.
We are all so different! An individual approach is necessary.
I’ve been working with hypermobility for 15 years (and dealing with it personally for 40 😂).
