It's something I never speak about or have enough knowledge to speak about or even concern myself enough to speak about it, but what happened in Belfast last night was nothing short of horrific.

I am so concerned for every hard working, legal immigrant that has jumped through countless hoops to be in this country and make a life for themselves and please believe I know first hand what it actually takes to become a Legal Immigrant. If it wasn't for legal immigration our NHS would be on its ass even worse than what it is.

But the calls to all men over 18 years of age to wear dark clothing and prepare to "fight or be arrested" No I'm sorry, I wouldn't be sending any of mine out to do anything of the sort and not because I don't care it's because the ones who actually have power, have a say, have allowed Mass Illegal Immigration of undocumented men here and welcomed them with open arms into our communities will be sitting in their nice houses having dinner this evening while our men go out and ruin their own lives by being arrested or ending up with criminal records! What good is going to come of it if half the men in the country end up behind bars?

If things need to change it needs to start with the people in power, making problems for them, protesting at their homes or the roads they use and the organisations who have a say in who lives in our communities and it's time now for them to come together and try and fix this problem it's not down to the men & boys who have families, careers and a future to think of. Everyone's had enough. Everyone is angry and there will be plenty more blood shed on the streets if the people in power don't start listening to the people who put them there!!

Thoughts & prayers are with the man and his family of the savage attack and praying for a full recovery ❤️

Unfortunately Leah passed away overseas which made everything harder but with the help of the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust they brought our beautiful girl home with care & compassion 🫶🏻🩵

In 29 days I am 1 year sober, I never intentionally set out to stop drinking however every time I did the hangovers got worse, the anxiety was brutal, the blackouts lying face down in my own vomit wasn't a life I was trying to align with so I just decided that's me done with it.

I believe it was my body telling me that giving it up now would help me cope with what was to come in that September because if I still had been drinking I don't think I'd have stopped when I lost my big cousin.

But last week tested me brutally, I just wanted to get drunk and forget everything, but I knew I would feel worse! I fought tooth and nail last week not to go and get a carryout and sit in the sunshine and I'm so happy I did!

I have just started this Monday with 3 zoom meetings with very exciting stuff happening in the pipeline 😍
