Tammy Norwood joined our bloomfield class 12 weeks ago and has taken slimming world out by the roots!

She comes to class full of energy every week, has embraced the plan sharing all her fab hints and tips every week and achieved her 2.5 stone weightloss award on her 12th weigh in!! She is an absolute force of nature and I am so beyond proud of her!

Debated wearing this outfit all of last week and then realised this time last year I wouldn't have fitted into it and whilst I was out, 3 different women came up and complimented me- which is always lovely!

So if you're currently on a weightloss journey and feeling a bit meh- please don't give up! It's just a wee bump in the road. Be proud of yourself for how far you've come and what you've already achieved!!

I got this today.....at last!!!

Abd when I say at last, I mean it has taking me months. But despite that it's probably the award m most proud of because this year has been full of challenges. I've had the most social year ever, every other week I has something on that made food optimising challenging...but not impossible! Sometimes I beat the challenge and lost weight but other weeks I sit the challenge and gained weight. But throughout it all I never gave up, not once because this time around is my time!!

I'm sharing this because know there many of you out there struggling, have tried before and for whatever reason gave up...and I want to say that's OK because I've tried and given up many times before now too. But if you'd like to give it another try then I'm here to let you know...I got you! I believe in you and I'm here to support you...every step of the way
