So grateful to be back with the wonderful team and students at Impact NI today for their Wellness Week! 🌿✨

​After being invited out last year, it was such a privilege to be asked back again to deliver auricular acupuncture sessions for both staff and students. Taking time out of a busy week to pause, breathe, and reset is so vital.🌿
