We are so delighted to be working alongside OTNI Occupational Therapy NI to deliver a bespoke service that does not just give people an accommodation and supervision but real meaningful occupancy that’s tailor made to each person.

We focus on relationship-building to deliver gold star ⭐ standard support that will enhance the life of the resident. Thank you for the visit Corinna and Margaret! Looking forward to the delivery of the Occupationally Enriched Living Programme😀

A huge thank you to the Employer Advisers from Shaftesbury Square, Falls Road and Andersonstown Jobs & Benefits Northern Ireland Office for visiting Ardmore House today. You brought such great energy with you. Having three neighbouring offices come together for a light‑hearted catch‑up was a real treat, and it’s amazing how much we achieved over simple chats, laughter and cups of tea and coffee. All hands on deck to minimise unemployment and provide jobs to the local community 🤝💪

RECRUITMENT DAY – 20+ SUPPORT WORKER JOBS AT OUR HUB

We’re welcoming Ardmore House Healthcare to Foodstock this Friday 28th August, 11am–1pm, with 20+ Support Worker positions available in their Learning Disability Supported Living Service in Finaghy.

This is a hands-on role, working directly with people with learning disabilities to help them live as independently as possible. This can include supporting someone with their day-to-day routine, getting out into the community, building confidence and developing everyday life skills.

The role is about giving people the right support to have more choice and independence in their own lives. You don’t need to have worked in care before – Ardmore House provides paid training and the opportunity to work towards Level 2 & 3 Health & Social Care qualifications.

Roles available:

Full-time – 40 hours

Part-time – 12 or 16 hours

Bank work – flexible hours

Applicants aged 18+ welcome
