We at Fight2Thrive are lucky enough to have had the opportunity to run our programme in Lakewood Centre for young people over the past 6 weeks 🤌🏻

This place was well and truly above all our expectations, the staff were exceptional and involved 👫, the young people we up for every session 🥊, even when they came in not fully motivated. That alone shows just how class they were.

I'm not going to say the "end" of the programme because I have a very strong feeling we will be coming back!💪🏻

This week was something a little different... 🤔

Wee Stevie was put through the paces (loved every minute of it) at Dunmurry Community Associations Summer Scheme. The young people were full of energy 💨

Short chats about becoming the best version of ourselves and also lots of moving, and 🥊 of course, I think we would love to go back, anyone else??

What a programme, we loved every minute of it!!

This week we had the opportunity to run our Might-Minds 🧠 programme at Mitchell House Summer Scheme.

It's a programme for everyone and honestly, we loved every minute of it, Stevie is still buzzing.

The school was amazing, the staff were unbelievable and the young people didn't disappoint, they got stuck in 🥊 they were so noisy even Belfast own Carl Frampton MBE couldn't resist popping in!!

Thanks to Belfast City Council and the for the opportunity for us to deliver this new Fight2Thrive programme.
