Monday Motivation This weekend was amazing and it reminded me how important it is to surround yourself with good people.⁣

Aesthetics can sometimes feel like a lonely profession, and the older I get the more I realise that success isn’t about awards or achievements, and it’s weekends like this that reminds me that it doesn’t have to be. Sharing knowledge, supporting one another, celebrating wins, learning from each other and having plenty of laughs along the way is what makes this industry so special.⁣ (ps a big shout out to and especially my very good friend Lisa Waring for organising this… and for an amazing weekend.

This weekend I’m heading to Edinburgh for the BAMAN Anatomy & Dissection Course at the Royal College of Surgeons.⁣

As an injector, anatomy is the foundation of everything we do. The more knowledge we have, the safer and better the outcomes for our patients.⁣

For today’s motivational Monday, I have reflected over this past week. It has been a reminder that life can change in the blink of an eye. When someone you love isn’t feeling their best, it has a way of making you stop and think about what really matters.⁣

Yes!!! work is important.⁣
Yes!!! goals are important.⁣

But so are the holidays, the family dinners, the spontaneous days out, the laughs until your belly hurts, and making memories with the people you love.⁣
