This role will work directly with disabled people and carers, helping individuals build confidence, improve digital skills, access community opportunities and strengthen social participation.

You’ll support participants through one-to-one engagement, community outreach and active citizenship activities, helping people connect with services, peer networks and local decision-making opportunities.

This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful community-based work that supports inclusion, participation and independent living.

The STRONG programme is Disability Action NI’s project supporting and connecting Disabled People’s Organisations and groups across Northern Ireland through training, networking, and ongoing support.

We'll be having a workshop on Impact Measurement this Friday, 22 May from 12–3pm at Disability Action HQ, Belfast for our network members.

Come along to meet others involved in disabled people’s groups across NI and learn practical ways to measure your impact.
