As therapists we really are not great at taking care of ourselves, or maybe that’s just me 🤷🏼‍♀️

It’s so easy to go from client to client and not take time to take a breath, to check in and reconnect with ourselves…

I was on my supervisor’s course today and one of my peers shared this (thank you ❤️)

Sharing here as a wee reminder to take care, to make space for the person inside the practitioner ❤️❤️
