What a night ❤️

6 weeks ago we relaunched KidsFit with one simple goal…

To help kids become fitter, stronger and more confident.

This was our final Thursday session of this term and it was brilliant to see how far they’ve all come.

Throughout the programme the kids have been learning new skills, building confidence, improving fitness and challenging themselves every week.

To finish the term we introduced our KidsFit Levels system.

Each child had the opportunity to complete their Level 1 challenges and earn their first KidsFit certificate 🏆

The effort, determination and encouragement they showed each other was amazing to watch.

As the kids progress through the programme the levels become more challenging, giving them something to work towards every term.

A huge well done to every child who took part over the last 6 weeks. We are incredibly proud of every single one of them 👏

We now have a short 4-week Summer Programme starting in July before our next full term begins in September.

The current KidsFit members will get priority access before any remaining spaces are opened to the waiting list.

Thanks to all the parents for trusting us with your children over the last 6 weeks ❤️

Meet Tina.

Eight years ago, Tina was feeling stuck. She’d put on weight, lost confidence, and found herself in a rut. After seeing a Facebook advert for our 6-Week Challenge, she decided to take a chance on herself.

That decision changed everything.

💬 Tina’s Story

“I was in a rut, had put on weight and felt miserable. I saw a Facebook advertisement for a 6-Week Challenge and thought I’d give it a go. Eight years later, I’m still here!

Before joining, I honestly didn’t think I was capable or confident enough to take part in challenges like running events or strength competitions. I definitely doubted my ability and fitness, but the support from the coaches and other gym members helped me believe in myself.

As time went on, I started noticing small improvements in my strength, fitness and mindset. The encouragement from the coaches helped me take on challenges I never thought I’d attempt and showed me that I’m stronger mentally and physically than I give myself credit for.

The training gave me structure and consistency, helping me stay focused and motivated. The support and accountability helped me stick to the routine, which ultimately helped me achieve results.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned is that I’m capable of much more than I ever thought possible, and that consistency really does pay off.

If I could give one piece of advice to anyone thinking about starting, it would be this: don’t doubt yourself and don’t let fear stop you. It can feel daunting at first, but progress comes one step at a time. You don’t have to be confident before you begin, that’s what you build along the way.

The hardest part is starting, but it’s worth it in the end.”

More than a gym…… more than a ‘Community’….. it’s a place where people stay because of the people rather than the exercises 🥰🥰

‼️ WINNING WEDNESDAY ‼️

🏆MEET LINDA 🏆

What if the thing you’re most proud of in 10 years is something you haven’t even started yet?

When Linda joined No Limits, she had just turned 40. She’d never done our type of training before, but after seeing one of our 6-week challenge ads, she decided to give it a go.

At the time, Linda was a 5–10km runner and believed marathons were for “proper runners” not busy people balancing work, family and everyday life.

Fast forward almost 10 years…

🔥 Completed a Hyrox Sim
🔥 Finished a full marathon
🔥 Conquered a sprint triathlon
🔥 Walked 50km of the Camino in Portugal

And she achieved all of this within four weeks while changing jobs, buying a new car, supporting her son through GCSEs and ACL surgery, and managing all the usual chaos that comes with family life.

So what changed?

Consistency.

The short, fun workouts. The supportive community. The friendships built in class. Training stopped feeling like a chore and became part of her lifestyle.

As Linda’s confidence grew, so did her belief in what was possible.

Seeing ordinary people achieve extraordinary things made her realise:

💭 “If they can do it, why can’t I?”

Approaching 50, Linda says she now feels capable of handling almost anything life throws at her.

Her message is simple:

“I can do hard things. And so can you.”

✨CLAIRE’S STORY✨

Claire joined No Limits during lockdown after having her third baby. She wanted a bit of time for herself and to regain her fitness.

Fast forward to today and she’s completed:
✅ TSC
✅ Half Marathon
✅ Seven Sevens
✅ Kettlebell Pentathlon
✅ Multiple 10Ks
✅ Ladies Doubles HYROX
✅ Mixed Doubles HYROX

Before joining, Claire had never entered a competition.

Now she lives by a phrase we hear a lot at No Limits:

👉 “Commit first.”

The first step is often the hardest, but as Claire says, the sense of achievement is worth it.

Her advice?

“If you’re thinking of trying a new challenge or event, go for it. Commit first! The coaches and gym community are there every step of the way to support you. You are capable of more than you think.”

👏 Massive congratulations, Claire. Your journey is inspiring and we’re proud to be part of it.

Great weekend with the NLF crew topped off with some incredible performances….. The day started off with a 90min delay which got the nerves going for everyone

But I couldn't be prouder of how everyone got after it, pushed themselves and achieved what they set out to 💪💪

Unfortunately Decky had a mechanical issue with the bike and couldn't finish which is s**t but on to the next one

Great to see Brien, Pody, Dee and Anto smash it 👏👏
