Yes, I’m a Slimming World consultant.
Yes, I’ve lost just under 3 stone
And yes… I’ve still got more weight I want to lose!
I’m not perfect — and I don’t need to be. What I am is proof that Food Optimising works ✨
Life happens. Weight can creep back. Motivation can wobble. But the one thing I know, without any doubt, is that Food Optimising is the healthiest, happiest and most sustainable way for me to lose weight — and keep it off 💪
