BODY–MIND–EMOTIONS CONNECTIONS

A 6-week wellbeing programme exploring the wisdom of the body
Starting Wednesday, 27th May, 10am – 12pm.

Your body is always speaking to you… through stress, tension, tiredness, emotions, energy levels, and even physical symptoms. This gentle and thought-provoking programme explores how our emotional wellbeing, physical health, and inner balance are deeply connected.

Inspired by the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, each session focuses on a different season, organ, and emotional theme, including:

• Worry & Overthinking
• Sadness & Letting Go
• Fear & Energy
• Anger & Frustration
• Anxiety & Joy

Through discussion, reflection, and simple grounding practices, participants will learn how emotions can be held within the body and gain practical tools to support balance, self-awareness, and emotional wellbeing.

Each session finishes with a short guided relaxation or meditation, helping you leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.

This course is funded through the Victims and Survivors Service and is open to those impacted by the conflict.
Limited places available.
