👂💙 AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE – TIME TO SWITCH OFF

Sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply stop, slow down and give ourselves a bit of time.

Our men took part in an Auricular Acupuncture (Ear Acupuncture) session, a calm, relaxing wellbeing session giving everyone the opportunity to switch off from the pressures of everyday life.

No pressure. No judgement. Just a safe space to sit back, relax, have a conversation if you want one, or simply enjoy the peace. 🙌

At Titanic Gentlemen’s Club, mental health support doesn’t always have to mean sitting around a table talking. We believe in giving men different ways to look after their wellbeing, connect with others and take some much-needed time for themselves.

🚨 WE ARE AT FULL CAPACITY — WE NEED OUR OWN PREMISES NOW.

Not next year. Not someday. Now.

The demand for what we are doing has grown beyond anything we could have imagined. We are now receiving referrals from social workers, support organisations, community organisations, statutory services, family members and people reaching out directly for help.

And the reality is simple, we are running out of space and capacity to help everyone who needs us.

We are no ordinary men’s group.

What we have built is unique, not only in what we do, but in how we do it.

We meet people where they are. We build trust. We get men out of isolation. We create friendships and purpose. We provide activities, opportunities, one-to-one support and somewhere people feel they belong.

For some, it is a weekly group.

For others, it is a lifeline. 💙

We have seen men walk through our doors withdrawn, isolated and struggling and watched them become part of something again.

Our work is growing.
The referrals are growing.
The need is growing.

But our space isn’t.

We urgently need a permanent home where we can expand our services, increase our capacity and give people the support and opportunities they deserve.

We aren’t asking for premises because it would be nice to have.

We need premises because people need what we provide.

To our elected representatives, housing organisations, statutory agencies, funders, businesses and anyone who has access to land, premises or an opportunity that could help:

Work with us. Help us secure a permanent home and we’ll show you what can be achieved when a community is given the space to look after its own.

This isn’t about building an organisation.

It’s about building people. 💙

Another great night at Titanic Gentlemen’s Club 💙

Last night we continued our programme with Charter NI, bringing the lads together for another evening of connection, conversation and plenty of craic.

We were also delighted to welcome two guys from Inspire, who came along to meet the men and explain the different support and services available to them.

And of course, a few pizzas went down well too! 🍕😂

We’ve got a lot of activities and opportunities coming between October and March, so keep an eye on the page, plenty more to be announced! 👀💙

🏕️ WHAT A WEEKEND! 💙Titanic Camping! 💚

Another brilliant weekend away with the lads, camping, switching off from everyday life and just enjoying some proper time together.

From hiking and kayaking to sitting around the fire, heading to the dodgems and plenty of laughs in between, there was something for everyone. 😂🔥🛶🥾

But weekends like this are about much more than just getting away.

They’re about men getting out of the house, connecting with others, building friendships, having conversations and looking after their health and wellbeing without any pressure or judgement.

Sometimes the best support isn’t sitting in a room talking, sometimes it’s sitting around a fire with a cup of tea, having a laugh with the lads and knowing you’re part of something. 💙

Massive thanks to every single person who came along and made the weekend what it was.

Plenty of tired bodies coming home… but plenty of great memories too! 😂👏

This is what our group is all about — connection, friendship, support and making sure no man has to feel like he’s on his own.

🎱 WHAT A NIGHT FOR THE EAST BELFAST HEALTH & WELLBEING POOL LEAGUE! 💚

Another brilliant night with men coming together under one roof for competitive pool, plenty of craic and, most importantly, connection and friendship. 🤝

This league has always been about more than just pool. It’s about giving men somewhere to go, something to look forward to and a chance to meet new people, build friendships and support one another.

🍕 A massive thank you to Carly Martin from Alternatives, who kindly sponsored 10 large pizzas for all the lads tonight. Gestures like this really help make these nights what they are and are very much appreciated! 👏💙

What a brilliant afternoon with the members of Craigantlet Masonic Lodge of Friendship No. 486 at Galwally House! 👏🔥

Our Titanic Gentlemen’s Club lads were made to feel incredibly welcome from the minute we arrived. Great food, plenty of laughs and a fantastic tour of Galwally House where we got to hear about its history and learn more about Freemasonry.

We’re extremely grateful that Craigantlet 486 has chosen the Titanic Gentlemen’s Club as one of their nominated good causes. ❤️

For us, building relationships like this is what community is all about, different groups coming together, supporting one another and creating opportunities for men to connect.

A massive thank you to everyone at Craigantlet 486 for the invitation, hospitality and continued support. 🤝
