✨ THE AWAKENING — CACAO & 9D BREATHWORK ✨

If you joined us for our short cacao and 9D breathwork session at Happyfest, you’ll have had just a little taste of how powerful this experience can be. 🤎

We had so many people afterwards asking, “When can we do the full one?” — so here it is.

On Thursday 26th September at The Balmoral Hotel, we’ll be taking you through the full three-hour experience, giving us much more time to go deeper.

We’ll begin with a beautiful cacao ceremony, setting our intentions around THE AWAKENING — awakening to ourselves, our potential and the possibilities available to us, while beginning to release the beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back.

Then Martin & Ashley Duffy will guide you through an incredible 9D Breathwork Journey, allowing you to really surrender to the experience and go much deeper than we could at Happyfest.
