It’s a 24/7/365 service run by PAM Wellbeing, staffed by qualified counsellors to offer support to those that need it.

It offers the following to our members:

➡️ Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and other mental health programmes available via an App.
➡️ Referral to specialised support, for example: debt, legal, bereavement, relationship support and trauma.
