Sometimes it can feel overwhelming contacting a new practitioner or a therapist you don’t know to try something new.

I want to reassure you that I aim to respond to all messages and emails promptly (between 8am and 6pm) unless i am in sessions with clients Monday - Saturday.

I understand how difficult it can feel, I have been there. But don’t let fear stop you branching out and trying reflexology for your wellbeing.

Even if you hate your feet!! I welcome all feet, and no, you don’t have to shave your legs or paint your nails!! I have worked with clients in some really low places, they’ve even come for a session in their comfy PJ’s!

Working in a peaceful and private room in my home allows the freedom to come as you are…

All you have to do is book, I will take care of everything from there 😊 👣

Yes 🙌🏻 there have been some new additions to the reflexology toolbox in the last few weeks. 🙌🏻

I’ve been studying the 5 element theory with Kimberley Kimberly Ashton. A deep dive into this fascinating subject left me pondering how it can be implemented into my work.
Using this new theory and intertwining it with the knowledge of how the bodies energy works, clients have been sharing positive experiences.

I’m also becoming fascinated by fascia, I have much to learn yet, and further study is on my agenda!! but I have started adding some of these techniques through the feet and they also are getting good feedback😁

learning is a lifelong journey 🤓 📚 💜
