So very true, and personally experienced. Everything wrote in the post attached is well articulated and hits home.
Only you can reach out and hand yourself over to someone who can support you through the process, not every step of healing should or can be achieved alone. Often times in chronic fight or flight mode we don't see the dysregulation until our bodies mirror back with chronic symptoms that appear to come out of nowhere, when in reality it has been a slow grind towards the point of shut down.
