We bid farewell to our amazing Saturday girl today who is off to bath university to study Chinese and French.

It has been amazing to see sophie grow and she has been an amazing addition to our team.

Sammy’s Sweets was created by Berkhamsted mum Amelia in memory of her son, Sammy, who sadly died from cancer five years ago.

What started from an unimaginable loss has become something incredibly special — a local business created with so much love, keeping Sammy’s memory alive while bringing a little happiness to others.

We’re always keen to support local businesses, but when there’s a story and a meaning like this behind one, it feels even more important.
