✨ A LITTLE BIT OF ME TIME… BECAUSE I DESERVE IT TOO! ✨

Did you know that not only am I a Slimming World Consultant, but I’m also a hairdresser? 💇‍♀️❤️ And today, it’s all about a little bit of ME TIME! 🥰

Sometimes, as busy mums, wives and women, consultants we spend so much time looking after everyone else that we forget to look after ourselves. So this morning I’ve taken a bit of time to work my magic! On me ❤️💆‍♀️✨

And I’m off to a baby shower this afternoon, so obviously I need to look my best! 👶🩷🥂

One of the things I absolutely LOVE about being a Slimming World Consultant is that I can fit my groups around my life and my work as a hairdresser. I get to do a job I love, while also helping, supporting and inspiring other people to achieve things they never thought possible. 🥰

It’s not just about weight loss… it’s about confidence, feeling good about yourself, making time for YOU and celebrating every little achievement along the way. ❤️

🛒😂 NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL A WINNER! ❤️

I popped to the shops because I actually needed bin bags… nothing exciting about that! 😂🗑️

But then, as I was walking past the freezer section, I spotted something that immediately caught my eye… 👀😍

MY FAVOURITE SLIMMING WORLD FROZEN MEAL — SALT & PEPPER CHICKEN CHOW MEIN! 🍜❤️

AND IT WAS REDUCED TO JUST £2.38! 😱🙌

Well… of course I couldn’t leave it there! 😂 I grabbed TWO — one for tonight and one safely tucked away in the freezer for another “I can’t be bothered to cook” night! 🙌❄️

It’s packed with chicken, noodles and oriental vegetables in that delicious aromatic sauce… and honestly, it’s one of my absolute favourites! 😋

I love having meals like this in the freezer because they’re perfect for those busy days when you want something quick, easy AND tasty without reaching for the takeaway. ❤️

And let’s be honest… finding your favourite meal reduced is even better! 💷👏

I went in for bin bags and came out with a Slimming World bargain! 😂😂
