Last Saturday was something special ✨

Seeing so many of you move, breathe and slow down together in one room reminded us exactly why we do this work. A huge thank you to the incredible Vic at for having us - collaborations like this don’t happen without people who care as deeply about community as we do and we’re genuinely grateful.

This lands because so many of us didn’t become “strong” by choice - we became strong by necessity.

The inner masculine can rise to protect, organise, achieve and to hold it all together.

And at the same time, what once kept us safe can start to cost us: softness, receptivity, rest, pleasure, ease and spaciousness.

The important work isn’t to blame the adaptation - it’s to honour it… and slowly reclaim choice.

There’s a tension I see so often in the people I sit with.
High-functioning. Self-aware. Already doing the work.
And still - caught between two very real pulls:
Your body is wired for safety. Your soul is longing for more.
Safety says: stay with what’s familiar.
Something deeper whispers: grow… stretch… evolve.
It isn’t about choosing one over the other. It’s about building the capacity to hold both - so your choices come from a steadier inner baseline, not from fear or from force.
Where is your system asking for protection… and where is life asking for more of you?
