All money raised will go towards their chosen charity: The RVI.

We have got a great selection of raffle prizes and here is only a few of them. So whether you like chocolates, something to drink, or a nice scented candle (amongst many other things) then remember your pocket money! Everything goes towards a great charity after all.

Just over a week until our performance for Haley's Sunday Sesh.

We can't wait to see as many of you as possible on the 18th of June. The doors are open from 1pm with the performance starting at 1:30pm.

We have been so busy these past few weeks that we haven't had time to thank Rachel Groves Music for coming in recently to play the Harp for us all 🎶.

Rachel is part of Live Music Now Scotland. Their aim is to make music more accessible to people and give a platform for new musicians, which is lucky as we may have a few budding Harp players now.

We all thoroughly enjoyed this private concert and can't wait till Rachel comes back for some more

We don't usually do birthday posts but Jock is an integral part of the Northstar family that it seems only right to give him a much deserved shout out 🥳.

None of our antics ever phase him (and believe me, we have tried!) and we would be lost without him.

A massive thank you to all those that came to watch The Shindiggers and The Rhythm Stix from Pottergate Centre perform at the Kelso Country and Music Festival last weekend.

This was a great weekend with loads of great bands and we were delighted to be a part of it. We all had great fun performing for everyone and it was great to see such a crowd.

If you enjoyed us and would like to see more then you do not have too long to wait! We will be performing again on the 18th of June at Northern View in aid of Haley's Sunday Sesh.

Only a couple of hours until we perform at the Kelso Country and Music festival. We hope to see many familiar faces and new ones as well to enjoy our usual mix of great tunes and fun times.

But if you cant make today, you will not have to wait long for more of us!

It is no surprise that our clients are so good when it comes to Spirit of Sport as Health and Wellbeing are such an important part of our service.

Every Tuesday and Friday, staff and service users take part in some fun exercises before getting down to our normal sessions.

And when the Sun is out, why should we be in! We take the opportunity to get out and about in the fresh air and enjoy a walk.
