Due to a number of no-shows and late cancellations.

I’d like to ask everyone to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on all appointments. Please either pop into the salon or transfer payment at the time of booking.

If you need to change your appointment that’s fine, I’m happy to rearrange or cancel, but this must done prior to 24 hours of your appointment.

For no-shows, full payment will still be required as there is sadly no way of me filling this appointment space.
