Not every opinion in aesthetics is popular… but every one of mine has been shaped by years of surgical experience, clinical practice, and treating hundreds of patients.
My goal has never been to chase trends or create identical faces.
It’s to help my patients age confidently, safely, and naturally.
Some of my controversial opinions:
🪄Bigger isn’t always better.
🪄Preventative treatments don’t mean starting everything in your 20s.
🪄More filler is rarely the answer.
🪄Surgery isn’t a failure—sometimes it’s the most appropriate option.
🪄Saying “no” to treatment is part of being a good doctor.
🪄Ethical aesthetics will always outperform viral aesthetics.
As both a surgical doctor and aesthetic practitioner, every recommendation I make is based on anatomy, evidence, and what is genuinely in your best interests—not what’s trending on social media.
If you’re looking for honest advice, natural-looking results, and a practitioner who prioritises your long-term outcomes over short-term profits, you’re in the right place.
I’d love to hear—which opinion do you agree with… and which one do you disagree with? 👇
