It’s about what’s underneath it.

Stress eating
Comfort eating
Bored eating
Emotional eating

Food becomes the solution…

Even when it’s not perfect.
Even when you don’t feel like it.

Let’s be honest…

Weekends are where plans either hold or fall apart.

So instead of hoping for the best, have a simple plan.

💦 Drink more water than you think you need
🥕 If you’re eating, stick to protein & veg
❗️ Don’t ‘write the whole weekend off’ because of one meal

Because one meal doesn’t ruin your progress…

But the “I’ll start again Monday” mindset does.

You don’t need perfect.
You need awareness.
