We’ve loved seeing all your photos, videos, and the amazing feedback. It’s been fantastic to watch so many people getting involved, enjoying some friendly competition, and raising money to support care workers across the UK. 👏

A special thank you to Burns Gym for hosting the free FriYAY live stream on Friday, the inclusive fitness workout was great fun! 💪

And thank you to Bailey Greetham-Clark for creating the fitness activities in the fundraising pack and providing accessible workouts for older adults, helping to make the week inclusive and enjoyable for everyone. 🌟

It was an absolute privilege to be invited to Archbridge Manor, part of Crystal Care Collection 💚

They only opened their doors last Monday, but after seeing Generation Fitness on social media, they couldn’t resist getting us in 😅

Alex put their very first resident through her paces… along with a few members of staff too 😂

Such a welcoming and friendly environment, and we’re excited to be doing more work with both the team and residents moving forward 💪
