This style of Pilates incorporates all the core principles of Pilates but also includes Yoga, Piyo, stretching, strength and conditioning. The class moves along a little faster than a typical Pilates class, no meditation music here! NEW CLASS ADDED! From Thursday, 7th of October I will be teaching at 16:30 as well as current classes.
To avoid confusion, Class schedule from the 7th will be:
Mondays at 16:30 and 17:50
Thursdays ay 16:30 and 17:50.
I will trial the new class for the month of October. If all goes well, I'll keep it on.

Current classes are on Mondays at 4:30 and 5:50 and Thursdays at 5:50.
