Wellbeing comes through balance and balance comes through supporting body, mind and spirit.
In Ayurveda there are 4 aspects to the body that when working in harmony will maintain good health, both immunity and vitality (prana).
One of these is the Doshas, they represent your energies, your personality, your DNA, your physical characteristics and maintaining a balance is vitality important. It is unique to you.
There are 3 Doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha each with unique attributes, characteristics and qualities. You may be just a single Dosha or a combination of 2 or all 3. Once you know your individual makeup Ayurveda guides you in the right foods, herbs and lifestyle practices to help keep you in balance.
