Living with a cancer diagnosis can be challenging, but support is available in a peaceful natural setting.

Nurture in Nature is a free 10-week woodland wellbeing programme offering opportunities to relax, connect with others, and enjoy activities such as: ✅ Seasonal woodland activities
✅ Mindfulness sessions
✅ Cooking on the fire
✅ Foraging
