To mark the summer - and the heat wave - I’m offering 2 months of post-course mentoring for anyone who signs up to my online yoga teacher training this week.

Even if you’re not quite ready to throw yourself into studying, you can dip your toes in and then get started in the Autumn. Or you can dive in now. Or you can start, and stop, and start… because that’s the beauty of going at your pace.

I will be upping the price in July, so if you’ve been eyeing up my online course, or just dreaming of teaching yoga but struggling to find something locally that fits your life, get in touch!

I take a small number of students on this pathway so I can continue to offer 1:1 support throughout. There’s an emphasis on teaching and video analysis, and always an awareness of teaching inclusively - which is what this course is all about.

One week to go until another group are qualified yoga teachers 🙌

I love seeing the change that people go through on this process, from being nervous and stumbling on their words to teaching in full flow, with their own unique voice.

I also love being part of the personal journey, especially when it’s one that’s so meaningful for my students. Being able to now share with others a practice that carried them through some of their darkest times is such a gift.

Looking forward to the celebration next week!

For now, if you’d like to step on this journey to teaching yoga yourself, let’s chat ✨

Whether you learn to teach yoga with me online or in person, practicing teaching and getting feedback and advice is a huge part of the process. Like driving a car, the more you do it, the more it becomes second nature.

This all means that students complete the course feeling ready and able to teach yoga. Most of them set classes up straight away. And if they ever need any help or support with this, they know I’m always here.

Small groups mean I can give all of this support, and it makes all the difference.

The more you learn, the more you have to share. That’s always been my ethos… plus I’m a total nerd and love learning!

As yoga teachers, CPD is so important, and it gives you more opportunities to teach and people to serve.

All my CPD courses are offered self paced so you can easily fit it around life. They include:
Teaching chair yoga
Teaching restorative yoga
Teaching youth yoga
Business & marketing for yoga teachers
Asana, adjustments and sequencing skills
Teaching inclusively and accessibly
Yoga philosophy in your life and teaching
Nervous system regulation, yoga and somatics

These courses also make up part of my 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training, so you can do one or do them all whilst levelling up!

These are just a few of the thoughts that go through people’s minds when they think about doing a yoga teacher training - because we’re so conditioned to try and convince ourselves out of these things…

I’m not flexible enough
I don’t know enough
I’m not young enough
I’m not thin enough
I’m not… enough

And there’s a response to all of these! You don’t need to be thin, flexible, young, even knowledgable (that’s why you do a course, to learn!)

What you do need is passion, a desire to learn and to share yoga. Even the amount of free time you have can be worked around with online and hybrid training.

So if the voice in your head is trying to convince you out of teaching yoga, or anything else you’re passionate about, this is a little reminder of what really is important!

My next hybrid YTT starts on June 21st.
Self paced starts any time
In person starts on November

A year ago Sam finished her yoga teacher training with me, and had this to say…

“I wish I’d done it sooner or wish I could do it all again… you’ve helped me regain my confidence and find my way back from feeling a bit lost in life”

Since then, Sam has quit her nursing job. She’s teaching yoga and chair yoga, and is part way through my 300 hour teacher training. She hasn’t just come “back”, she’s moved forwards.

As a mother of 3, she’s proof that you can start any time, with lots of commitments and still make it work.

I love Sam’s story and how much her life has changed since taking this first step. If it’s nudging something in you, I’d love to chat!

I love that people can learn to teach yoga in a way that fits around their life, but I want it to still be thorough.

Mentoring and 1:1 support sets all my courses apart, and it’s intentional. Video analysis, written feedback, 1:1 check ins, drop in classes make studying manageable without feeling like you’re alone.

And even my in person trainings have this option because everyone needs a back up plan! The online course area means you can catch up on anything you miss live - something I don’t know that any other courses do.

So whether you want to learn to teach yoga in your own time or as part of a group, or both, you’ll be fully supported to do it your way.

Curious to find out more? Pop me a message!

For years I ran courses and yoga teachers trainings with people having to miss days because of kids, work, life responsibilities. And the pressure to plan dates over a year in advance became impossible for me too.

Covid showed me there was another way, and creating a fully online platform has changed so much for my students and me. It means you don’t have to compromise on your dreams because life is busy.

Live trainings include access to the online course so you can easily catch up on any missed days (I genuinely don’t know any other live YTT with this option)

Hybrid trainings include live sessions between self study, so you have accountability and autonomy.

Self paced learning is just that. And with small numbers, I’m able to offer lots of support and video analysis of teaching.

All my courses have these options, including 200 and 300 hour yoga teacher trainings. They’re built around real people’s real lives, with all the flexibility and all the support ✨

A few days ago I was chatting to some of my yoga teacher trainees. One of them commented that she’d loved the restorative yoga class that’s part of the online YTT.

She’d never done restorative yoga before and didn’t think she’d like it, but she found herself falling asleep in every pose. She was recovering from a cold, ans the gentle class was what her body needed.

It got me thinking about how important this rest can be for people, especially in today’s busy world. Personally I think if people fall asleep, that’s what they need.

You don’t need to be super flexible or strong or stand on your head. Lying on your back with a blanket on you can still be yoga. And sometimes that is more than enough.
