We are narrowing and changing our range of products, much of it is based on how our suppliers treat us. We want to offer the best service to our customers, waiting 2 weeks for a replacement set of warranty batteries is not acceptable, that is what one did to us recently so they’re out. In are Invacare are now DH Care, you’ll be seeing more of their products in store as they support us really well when needed and the product ranges are great. The weather is on the turn, we have a good selection of waterproof covers etc in store, a simple £15 tiller cover protects vital electronics from getting wet.
Sadly MyWren have ceased trading, Gemma’s products were the best on the market, we purchased all remaining stock from her so have a reasonable amount in stock - grab whilst you can.
Please remember we only work on products from Drive Medical, Invacare, One Rehab/Komfi Rider, Electric Mobility/Rascal, Motion Healthcare, Kymco, Karma Mobility, Roma/Shoprider, Sunrise Medical, Alerta, Able2, Monarch Mobility, I’ve probably forgotten some 😂. Just ask if unsure and please don’t go criticising us on Social Media if we say no. We do our best, if you choose to buy cheap internet products make sure you have someone to look after it, maybe the people that sold it to you! I’ve had 2 people in the last month or so running my business down on Social Media because I said no to working on their scooter. Thanks.
