Long, but important.
We are incredibly busy, sometimes we miss things as we are only human. You start doing something, the phone rings, a customer comes in, then another and before you know it you’ve lost track of what you were doing. If you contact us and we’ve not got back to you within a day or 2 please contact us again and remind us, we never miss things intentionally. I’m not sure where we go from now, do we limit our work to only customers that purchased the product from us? I could use another engineer but they’re extremely difficult to find, Brandon is working so hard at the moment trying to keep on top of it all, I help where I can but that’s limited as there is so much to do to keep things running, invoices, ordering etc takes up my time. I’m already turning some work away, I don’t like doing that but I have no choice. All the staff are working hard, we’ve had lines of people at Eastbourne and Bexhill waiting to be served. We’ve built such a good reputation, people come to us, I don’t want to ruin our reputation by letting people down. So please be patient, remind us if we miss you, we won’t mind, I’d rather a reminder than you sit stewing.
