📣 Calling all parents with teens…

Half-term is coming up.
This is something you won’t want to miss.

Who is this event for?

Teens (16+) who:
- are facing GCSEs and A-levels…and parents navigating exam stress with them.
- are neurodiverse who struggle to regulate…and parents looking for ways to help (that’s cool enough for them to actually say yes to)
- experience anxiety / boredom / overstimulation…and parents looking for ways to alleviate these symptoms through re-connection.

This is a one-off experience, where phones are switched off, and there’s no awkward conversation. Simply get cosy in your own hammocks, listen, and let the sound take you both on a journey that leaves you both feeling lighter, calmer and more connected.

Join us at Pilates Body Studio for our Teen Hammock Sound Batha calming experience designed to help teens relax, reset, and recharge through soothing sound vibrations and deep rest.
No pressure. No expectations. Just a cosy hammock, calming energy, and space to fully unwind. 🤍

Parents are welcome too, making it a beautiful opportunity to reconnect and share a peaceful experience together.
