SUN’S OUT = BBQ SEASON ☀️🔥

And every year people panic that barbecues are “bad” for their weight loss journey…

But honestly?
A barbecue can be as healthy or as indulgent as YOU want it to be 👏

You can absolutely make choices that align with your goals:

🍗 Lean proteins
🌽 Veggies
🥔 Controlled portions
💧 More water, fewer drinks

BUT…

If you want the burgers, sausages, bread rolls, crisps and a few drinks with your friends?
