✨ 300g thick yoghurt
✨ 45g chia seeds
✨ 300g Giraf Vanilla Macadamia Milk
✨ 30g honey

Mix everything together, refrigerate for 2+ hours (or overnight), then top with:

🍓 Strawberries
🍫 Dark chocolate
🥥 Coconut flakes, granola or nut butter

Creamy, thick, and ridiculously good. Save this one for your next sweet treat. 🤍

The thickest, creamiest Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie made with Giraf Macadamia Milk with Oats 🤎

Basically sunshine in a glass for the UK’s unpredictable weather!

Ingredients:
½ cup Giraf Macadamia Milk with Oats
100g frozen banana
100g thick yoghurt
30g peanut butter
Pinch of salt

Optional:
10–15g peanut butter (for swirling inside the glass)

Method:
Spread peanut butter along the inside of your glass for that layered look. Add Giraf Macadamia Milk with Oats, frozen banana, yoghurt, peanut butter and a pinch of salt to a blender. Blend until thick, smooth and creamy.

If needed, add a small splash of milk to loosen slightly - it should still stay thick and velvety. Pour into your prepared glass and enjoy immediately! 😍

Notes:
Frozen banana is the secret to that milkshake-like texture 🍌
Add ice for more of a freezo-style smoothie 🧊
The pinch of salt enhances the peanut butter flavour beautifully.
