I left nursing but nursing didn't leave me 😍 In the last few weeks I have advised families regarding Respect forms, care funding processes and palliative care. I've done a spot of wound care and advised on health. I get asked a lot of questions so my nurse hat is never far off in an advisory aspect only. I absolutely love that I can offer the advice.

The bird feeder was part of a wedding gift. It took years to actually put it up 🤣 anyway better late than never. What a beautiful sight being able to watch the birds bathing and drinking

Almost time to cut back some of the veg patch and stick it on the compost heap. The winter potatoes are popping through and the latest carrots. I've pulled some carrots for with tea today 🥕🥕 got a few seeds to pop in and see what happens.

A little hello and welcome to my new followers.

Thought I'd do a little introduction post 📫

My name is Adelle. I am the face behind Sole Harmony. I am a 40 something year old wife and mother of 2 teenagers and 2 Yorkshire terriers!

My background is 27+ years in health care 20+ of those years as a mental health nurse and manager.
I hung up my nursing tunic last year and became fully self employed as a foot health practitioner and holistic therapist.

Quite honestly I wish I had set up years ago.

I work mobile covering Biddulph, Leek, Tunstal, Kidsgrove, Biddulph Moor, Brown Edge, Longsdon, Mow Cop and a few places in between.
