Sessions will be in a safe, confidential space. I will be along side you in your lived experience with empathy and acceptance. Working together to achieve new ways of feeling and understanding always exploring ways to gently move you forward. I work with clients over the age of 16. Often clients have come into the room and said “ I didn’t want to come” or “ I have nothing to share” in my experience there is always content in that. When we become attuned to our clients the work is often in what they don’t say and where the resistance lay.

As a counsellor and a client, it’s a felt sense of accomplishment to get through those sessions but we do feel better for it afterwards!

Hope you have some self care moments over the bank holiday weekend. Self love is a tricky one, and it’s fair to say not everyone arrives at love for self, just don’t be unkind to yourself- start there. 😊
