Belinda Shackson Counselling Counselling service. I offer Person Centred Integrative Counselling, where you, as the client are at the heart of all the work. I offer one to one counselling.

Sessions will be in a safe, confidential space. I will be along side you in your lived experience with empathy and acceptance. Working together to achieve new ways of feeling and understanding always exploring ways to gently move you forward. I work with clients over the age of 16. It’s not my strong point, although I engage with people all the time in my work. Self promotion doesn’t sit well with me and I just felt so awkward trying to video myself.

Heads up - please remember if you take anti depressants you can be more susceptible to heat stroke. They can affect your bodies ability to regulate temperature. Just worth checking in on the side affects.

Drink lots and stay in the cool if you can.
